Healthy Heart Basket Facts
The connection between heart disease, high blood pressure and nutrition is well known. That means there is a lot that individuals can do to reduce their risks for heart problems.

And another study showed that men who ate a diet with high-fiber foods like oatmeal reduced their risk of dying from a heart attack by almost one-third.

Researchers have found that the antioxidants and plant chemicals (phytochemicals) in tea can reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.
